Pregnancy Tests

If you think you might be pregnant, we offer free pregnancy testing and ultrasounds to give you clarity. If you are pregnant, our licensed nurses and caring advocates are here to listen, support you, and walk with you as you explore your options.

Ultrasounds

If you are pregnant, an ultrasound is an essential diagnostic tool. We offer early Limited Obstetrical Ultrasounds to determine viability and gestational age.

Pregnancy Counseling

We provide accurate, confidential, and free information on all pregnancy options—including abortion, the abortion pill, adoption, and parenting—so you can make informed decisions in a safe, supportive environment.

STI Testing

The Pregnancy Center can help answer your questions about STIs, explain how to reduce your chances of contracting an STI, and we offer STI testing for the two most common STIs, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

Post Abortion Support

Every woman’s response to abortion is unique—relief, sadness, anger, or hope may all exist at once. These feelings are normal, and we’re here to provide free, confidential support.

Parental Training

Our parenting classes are designed for all expecting moms and dads to provide the basic fundamentals of parenting. Pregnancy, childbirth, child development, parenting skills and more are the focus of these sessions.

  • The Pregnancy Center provides free pregnancy testing and medical confirmation right here in Medford, Oregon.

  • Appointments are recommended for faster care, but we do also accept walk-ins. Give us a call or stop by at 2019 Aero Way #103, Medford OR 97504

  • Yes, all services are free — including pregnancy tests and ultrasounds. All of this is thanks to our supporters and partners!

  • We do not offer or refer for pregnancy terminations or birth control.

  • Absolutely. All services are private, confidential, and offered with respect and compassion.

  • You can volunteer, partner, or donate to help women access life-changing health care and pregnancy support services. Information can be found here.
